Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns/exchanges for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items received
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photos.
Important
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Returns without proof may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings
Refund Process
After successful verification, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
